We typically process and ship your orders within an estimated 5 - 8 business days. Please kindly note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. We have expedited shipping options for you should you need your order sooner.

We hope you enjoy our beautiful and ethnically made products, eco-friendly packaged to you with care to our planet. As a small business whose commitment is to support our artisans, artists and creators all the way in Cambodia, we really want to assist you with your dissatisfaction. But at this point as our business remains small, all purchases are final.

But we would be delightful to replace you with a new product, if your orders were damaged during shipping and delivery. So, please write us at contact@camthrive.com, along with a picture of your damaged products.

It feels like winning a lottery every time we receive your order. But once your purchases have been confirmed, we are unable to cancel or change made-to-order or pre-order purchases.

We can, however, in some cases, cancel your order as long as it has not shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as you can at contact@camthrive.com. But please also note that we cannot 100% guarantee your order is cancelled.
